WHAT IS REWARD POINT?

Reward Point is a Perk Offered by Punchvilla to Customers as a Reward for every time they Purchase Gifts, or Complete a Reward related Task. You can collect these points and buy any Product Totally Free or redeem those Points on Your next Purchase.

HOW TO USE REWARD POINTS?

You can Redeem Your Points while Purchasing any gift on Cart/Checkout Page.

You can also Convert Your Points into a Coupon to Share it with Your Beloved Once (min: 2,000 pts to max: 20,000 pts).

HOW DO I CHECK MY REWARD POINTS?

By Logging into Punchvilla.com > My Account > Dashboard > Below Orders, the Reward Points are Displayed.

Inside that Reward Point section you can check your Earned & Spent Points.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

❥ When a New User Signup with Your Referral Link both of you will get 50 Points.

❥ You'll get 250 Points when a User Place a order using your Referral Link.

You can find the referral links in your My account> Dashboard> Reward Points Section under "Get Points" Column.

EXTRA POINTS

❥ 50 Points for Newly Registered Users

❥ 25 points on Customer's Birthday.

❥ Extra points for users achieving Specific Levels.
on Achieving Silver Level you'll get 500 Points & on Achieving Gold Level You'll Get 5000 Points.

❥ There's few points on writing reviews on your Purchase products.

❥ Last Day of Each Month, the one User that Collected the Most Points will receive a Reward From Punchvilla.com

POINTS AND REDEEM RULES

➼ Conversion Rate is 10 Points = ₹ 1.

➼ Reward Point on Gift Purchase will Reflect in your Account after Order/Payment is Complete.

➼ Earned Points will be Removed if the Order is cancelled or Refunded.

➼ If a Coupon is used then the points are Assigned on discounted Amount.
(For example: order total €30 minus €10 coupon discount, so the user earns points on €20 order value only)

➼ You don't get Points on orders in which you are redeeming Points.

➼ Your Referral Points & Referral Purchase Points will be revoke if User Account is Deleted or Banned.

➼ User is allowed to convert Points into Reward Coupon to Share, limit to Points Coupon is min: 2,000 Points & max: 20,000 Points.
When Point is converted into Coupon it Expires within 4 Weeks(28 days).
